Who is the mediator training recommended for?
We recommend the basic conflict management and mediation training to anyone who wants to view conflicts in their life not as a necessary evil to avoid, but as an opportunity for change, healing, and developing new skills. It is also recommended for those who wish to work with mediation or any other form of conflict management (moderation, coaching, social therapy, conflict management). Since mediation and coaching skills are one of the key areas of leadership abilities, the training is especially recommended for those working as leaders in any organization.
The most common signs in a business where mediation can help include: motivational problems, communication difficulties, indifference, budget deficits, high staff turnover, innovation issues, and decreasing creativity.
What methodology do we use in our mediator course?
The mediator training is based on experiential learning. Experiences are processed together and linked to the topic of conflict and conflict management. The training includes lectures, group work, observation exercises, artistic activities, and movement exercises.

Why is the world broader for a trained mediator?
Because conflicts are present in all our lives, often unnoticed, and therefore are either unmanaged or poorly managed. A trained mediator understands the nature of conflicts, can articulate the problem, and before the conflict deepens, is capable of handling it constructively. This knowledge provides a huge advantage in everyday life, both at the workplace and within the family. More and more companies recognize that mediation is a highly effective method for handling internal and external conflicts, giving trained mediators an advantage in the job market. Mediation training is especially important for HR professionals.
How much does the mediator training cost?
The 40-hour basic training and the 40-hour advanced training each cost 200,000 HUF.
The training is approved by the Ministry of Justice.
